DIGITAL WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENT

Find the friction. Fix the system.

We find repetitive digital work, unnecessary computer steps, file-management friction, and broken handoffs between the tools you already use, then simplify or automate what’s worth fixing.

We are not here to redesign your whole business. We focus on the digital work happening inside it.

FIND HIDDEN FRICTION

Business Systems Audit

For when something feels slow, unreliable, or unnecessarily hard—but you do not know where the wasted computer time is.

The existing signed, read-only Windows assessment can identify computer and system friction you may not realize is there.

FIX A WORKFLOW

Free Workflow Check

For when a computer-based task inside your day takes too many steps.

Show us the process that requires copying, moving, checking, uploading, downloading, or switching between systems. We will see what can be removed, simplified, connected, or automated.

DEVELOPER / API

A clear next step for incoming documents.

D-007 is a small, machine-purchasable planning primitive for document intake and automation workflows.

Document Classify and Rename Plan

Send one bounded document record and receive classification, confidence, a safe filename and whitelisted folder proposal, a bounded duplicate signal, reasons, and an explicit PLAN or REVIEW result.

Plan only: no binary upload, OCR, file mutation, arbitrary-path access, or silent guess-through.

BASE MAINNET · X402

Prepare one exact call.

The accepted D-007 contract uses Base Mainnet (eip155:8453) at 0.01 USDC per settled call through the public x402 v2 exact-payment path.

One independent external paid call is proven. Repeat demand, meaningful revenue scale, and customer adoption are not claimed.

Nursery snapshot reconciliation.

Two public inventory files were compared into matched-key differences and one-file-only review items in approximately one second after download.

Not a customer engagement. Differences were surfaced, not labeled as source-business errors.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS AUDIT

Find hidden friction.

The Windows audit is one diagnostic tool—not the whole company. It screens these areas for signals worth reviewing; it does not promise a finding, root cause, or fix.

01

COMPUTER HEALTH

Overall screening signals and constraints.

02

STORAGE

Capacity, headroom, and large-file metadata.

03

NETWORK

Connection, latency, and DNS timing signals.

04

WINDOWS RELIABILITY

Recent errors and recognized issue patterns.

05

STARTUP / SERVICES

Startup context and service-related signals.

06

SECURITY VISIBILITY

Available posture indicators—not a compliance assessment.

07

WORKFLOW FRICTION

Possible repeated work that needs human verification.

REAL EXAMPLE

A report that points to priorities.

This is a sanitized internal Windows test result—not a customer result, benchmark, guarantee, or promise of what another machine will show.

NEEDS ATTENTION

Five signals surfaced for review.

  • STORAGESystem drive at 5.3% free space.
  • NETWORKWi-Fi scored 85/100; DNS timing was slower than the audit threshold.
  • WINDOWSAt least one pending-restart indicator was present.
  • RELIABILITY46 recent error events; raw counts can include noise.
  • PATTERNS4 recognized issue patterns needed interpretation.

No machine name, username, personal path, filename, workflow text, or wireless identifier is shown.

FREE WORKFLOW CHECK

Show us a digital task that takes too many steps.

Your whole job does not have to be repetitive. We are interested in the smaller digital tasks inside it: looking something up, moving information, checking a status, following up, or switching between programs. You do not need to know the solution; we will see what can be removed, simplified, connected, or automated.

Even if every day is different, think about the work around the work: information you repeatedly find, check, move, verify, approve, follow up on, or coordinate between people and systems. This is a lightweight intake, not unlimited free consulting, a free implementation promise, or a full Business Systems Audit.

THE QUESTIONNAIRE

  1. What kind of work do you do?
  2. What computer-based task takes too many steps or too much time?
  3. Walk us through what you currently do.
  4. What apps, websites, or systems are involved?
  5. How often does this happen?
  6. What part is most annoying or where do things get missed?
  7. If one part could disappear or happen automatically, what would it be?
  8. Who should we reply to?

Eight plain-language questions. No technical vocabulary required.

CONTROLLED PILOT

FOUNDING PILOT — $149

When a Workflow Check shows a clear fit, the controlled founding pilot takes one authorized Windows business computer and one primary workflow through a focused assessment and findings review.

Implementation or remediation is not included in the $149 pilot. Any change requires a separate written scope, price, and approval.

IDEAL PILOT

  • A business with one frustrating digital workflow or a suspected hidden computer/system problem
  • An authorized Windows PC when the audit path is selected
  • A willingness to give direct feedback on what was useful

PRIVACY / SAFETY

The audit has a hard boundary.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Collects approved local system-health information after consent
  • Runs the system and workflow analysis locally
  • Produces five sanitized audit files after confirmation
  • Gives a human reviewer evidence for prioritization

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

  • Does not automatically fix, delete, install, or change settings
  • Does not upload the audit through the Friction Systems application
  • Does not send customer or vendor communications
  • Does not require handing Friction Systems control of the PC for the audit itself

FAQ

Straight answers.

The controlled pilot stays narrow by design.

Is this malware?

The staged controlled-pilot file is a digitally signed Friction Systems audit application. Use it only through approved pilot instructions, verify the expected file and publisher, and never bypass a Windows security warning. If anything differs, stop.

Why does Windows show Joseph Natalizio as publisher?

The current public-trust signing certificate verifies the individual publisher, Joseph Natalizio. Windows will show that verified name; the certificate does not say “Friction Systems.”

Does it change my computer?

It does not remediate, delete, install software, or change Windows settings. It creates a verified local runtime cache and, only after confirmation, a five-file sanitized audit package.

Does it upload my audit?

No. The Friction Systems application uploader is disabled. Choosing to return the sanitized package later is a separate, user-directed step outside the application.

Do I need administrator access?

No. The pilot is designed for a normal Windows user and does not request elevation. Do not choose “Run as administrator.” Some optional information may remain unavailable or unknown.

What do I receive?

A concise, sanitized report with screening findings and priorities for human review. It is not a penetration test, compliance assessment, forensic report, or guarantee of root cause.

How long does it take?

There is not yet a validated universal run-time promise. Duration varies and can be longer on PCs with large or cloud-backed user folders.

What happens after the audit?

Friction Systems reviews the sanitized findings, returns priorities, and you decide what—if anything—to fix. Consequential changes require separate scope and approval.

What Windows versions are currently supported or validated?

The privacy-safe audit pipeline has Windows 10 Home build 19045 validation evidence. The signed x64 release has passed packaging and Windows runtime checks, while formal Windows 11 Smart App Control enforcement validation is still pending. Broader Windows support is not yet claimed; controlled-pilot eligibility will be confirmed individually.
